PPRC provides career coaching, advising, educating, and consulting services to our clients to help them adjust to a new position and attain productivity levels that match other employees. We liaise with both our client and their employer to ensure that the employment relationship is progressing in a positive direction. PPRC will provide support for both parties: we assist our clients with the development of relevant work habits and skills, and we educate the employer on how to assist the person with a disability as they work within their organization.
